About the program

LawFest aims to inspire year 11 and 12 students to explore and question topical legal issues.

Designed in collaboration with Tasmanian Legal Studies school teachers, the School of Law, and the School of Social Sciences, LawFest aligns with the Tasmanian Legal Studies curriculum.

On the day, students will be inspired by leading industry and academic experts about aspects of the law, connect with top legal minds and have burning questions answered (relating to the 2024 TASC ‘topical legal issues), and engage with current law students to find out what it is like to study law.
